What materials are used to make your items?
Working to obtain very fine pieces, up to the last detail, we only use materials and techniques that can achieve the best quality in reproducing original works of art. The finish of each reproduction, always hand made and showing craftsmanship and historical sense, is the work of an artisan. Many items are hand color detailed, and we often use fine imported marble for the bases of our statues.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.
Can I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange. No refunds will be made after 30 days.
What do I do if my items are damaged when I receive them?
If damage occurs during shipping, please call or email us immediately so that we can file a damage claim with our shipper. Credit will not be issued unless you notify us within a week of receiving the shipment. Please note that you will need to save the box and packing materials for our shipper to inspect. Shipping insurance is void otherwise. We will not be responsible for damaged merchandise not in its original packaging.
Are your shipping prices listed for each item for any shipping company?
All the shipping rates in our website apply only to U.P.S. Ground shipping to the 48 continental states in the USA. U.P.S. Ground delivery time is between 1 to 6 days depending on location.
Do you accept credit cards?
We will accept credit cards through our PayPal system. Even though you will be paying through PayPal you can use the credit cards that they except, including such cards as Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Paypal, and e-Check.
