Order Terms and Conditions
1. Most orders placed with “Free Shipping” are sold FOB Shipping Point, and once shipped ownership and responsibility is transferred to the customer.
2. Merchandise is non-refundable unless pre-authorized in writing with an RMA# (Return Material Authorization Number) issued by Ancient Artifacts Today. All returned merchandise must be in salable condition and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
3. Every effort is made to ship orders as complete and as soon as possible. Due to the diversity and nature of our extensive product line, in-stock merchandise will not be held longer than seven days pending receipt of additional items.
4. All back orders will be automatically shipped unless otherwise specified on this order or unless canceled by the customer prior to shipping (Customer must request and retain cancellation number).
All deposits received with an order to hold merchandise are non-refundable or transferable. Deposits will be forfeited if customer does not fulfill purchase obligation within 90 days.
Ancient Artifacts Today shall not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to manufacture due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Delivery or shipping dates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed by Ancient Artifacts Today. While every effort is made to meet purchaser's delivery date requirements, Ancient Artifacts Today’s failure to meet a requested delivery date will not constitute grounds for cancellation or refusal of the completed order or any part thereof.
Prices, Information, and Images displayed on this website are subject to change without notice. However, Ancient Artifacts Today will honor prices quoted at the time of ordering for 60 days from the order date. Due to the variances in computer monitor colors we cannot guarantee the color of the product images you view on your monitor will appear the same in person.
Most “Free Shipping” products are sold FOB Shipping Point ( Orlando, FL, San Diego, Ca or Orange, Ca): FOB Shipping Point means that ownership of the merchandise is transferred at the time of shipment.
At Ancient Artifacts Today all products are inspected before packing and are packed with the utmost care using specially engineered packing materials and extra strength boxes to protect them during normal shipping.
Upon Receipt of Shipment
Please inspect all cartons at the time of delivery for any visible signs of damage and/or negligence on the part of the carrier. Any damage found should be noted on the Bill of Lading prior to signing for the shipment. Other damage not identified at the time of receipt must be reported to the carrier as soon as possible. Please save all packing materials as this will assist in the successful conclusion of the claims process. Please contact the carrier directly to request an inspection and to file a damage claim. Do Not email Ancient Artifacts Today Prior To Contacting The Carrier. Following These Precautions Will Assist You In Recovering The Amount Of The Claim Against The Carrier.
Replacement Service For Damaged Merchandise
We are unable to process refunds or otherwise reimburse customers for merchandise damaged in transit. However, we have established a replacement service to assist customers in securing a replacement for merchandise damaged in transit. Our goal is to minimize any inconvenience to our customers that a delay in receiving sellable merchandise causes. Please email our sales department to place a priority order for any items that were damaged. Replacement orders are shipped as soon as the item becomes available. Replacement orders are shipped under the same freight and payment terms as the original order.
Items Damaged in Shipment
When you receive an order from Ancient Artifacts Today you should always inspect the packaging for any signs of damages and report them on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. This will ease the claim process with the freight company in regards to the damaged shipment. We ask that you inspect your merchandise promptly upon receipt of goods and report any damages or discrepancies to Ancient Artifacts Today within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Any damages reported after 72 hours will not be processed.
If you have a damaged item, please contact Ancient Artifacts Today by utilizing the contact us page to send us an email in regards to your situation. Your customer service rep will issue a RMA# (Return Material Authorization Number) and our damages/claims department will arrange for the damaged merchandise to be picked up and returned to our warehouse. It is important for you to keep the original packaging that the item was shipped in and whenever possible use the original packaging to re-pack the damaged item for pick-up. Ancient Artifacts Today will ship out a replacement for the damaged item as soon as it becomes available. If the item is a phase out that will no longer be carried by Ancient Artifacts Today a credit will be issued to your account for future purchases.

"Free Shipping" includes large items shipped through a trucking company. "Free Shipping" will be curbside delivery and may require customer help in unloading to avoid extra charges by the trucking company, which will be your responsibility.
Extra charges, which would be your responsibility, include using a lift gate, inside delivery or any variation from an appointment time or place previously agreed upon between you and the shipping company.
If you feel that you will need or want a lift gate to unload your item and it is not listed as an option for that item please email us at sales@ancientartifactstoday.com before you order the item and we will let you know if the item is too large to handle alone or that it will be shipped by way of a carrier other than freight.
Freight damage claims should be immediately noted to the carrier that delivered the merchandise. We will assist you whenever possible, but all items leave our dock in excellent condition, we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred in transit.
